In the current marketplace, the amount of reimbursement from insurance companies varies widely depending on the carrier, the plan and/or group you are in, the treatment you receive, and various other obscure rules and regulations.
We are happy to file your insurance claims for you, for the services you receive. In spite of our efforts, we find it nearly impossible to be certain of what most insurance carriers are willing to reimburse. So, if we make any predictions regarding your insurance coverage, it will be an intelligent guess at best. Ultimately, your benefits are an agreement between you and your insurance. We encourage you to call your carrier and verify benefits and coverage prior to your first visit.
We are IN-network, preferred providers for Anthem, BCBS, Aetna, Humana, United Health Care, Medicare, KY Medicaid, and a variety of other insurance groups. We also accept Worker's Compensation and Auto Accident Insurance claims.
