Susan Unes, RYT 200, Yoga Instructor
After suffering from chronic pain, Susan started practicing yoga and soon learned the benefits of it as a therapeutic approach to stress and pain.  Her personal discovery of the transformative power of yoga inspired her to teach.

Susan began teaching yoga in Chicago after completing a teacher training with Erich Schiffman.  After moving back to the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area in 2007, Susan continued her training, completing a 200 hour teacher training with Yogahome, Cincinnati.

Registered with the Yoga Alliance, Susan is also a member of IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists) and CYTA (Cincinnati Yoga Teacher's Association).  She devotes her energy and creativity to designing classes that are warm, friendly, and safe, and believes the most important aspect of yoga is honoring your practice and your body with wisdom, compassion, and patience.  Her styles include Hatha, Yin Yoga and Vinyasa Flow and she is looking forward to continuing her training in Yoga Therapy and working toward a 500 hour teacher training.

Julie Flora, RYT 200, Yoga Instructor

Julie has been practicing yoga for ~10 years.  The physical benefits are what first attracted her, the additional emotional benefits have kept her practicing and interested in learning more.

Her practice continued through chiropractic school, and Julie noticed the synergistic effect of yoga with chiropractic.  Though different in their basic philosophical tenets, both are balancing and healing, and both are all natural !!!

In the spring of 2010, Julie completed a 200 hour teacher training course and looks forward to sharing her teachings with others.  She gives special attention to the safety and protection of the spine and believes that self-acceptance is one of the highest practices in yoga.
